The best way to meet our available animal is at one of our Petsmart Adoption events where you can meet in person with one of our volunteers in Tulsa, OK on most Saturdays. Dogs (and the occasional cat) can be seen at the Petsmart on East 71st St. Cats can be seen at the Petsmart on East 41st St.

To adopt one of our furry friends you can start by completing the application form below, either in person or online. Please print clearly so that this form and its copies are readable.
- Complete a handwritten form and deliver directly to a PAL volunteer at a local showing
- Complete a handwritten form and fax it to 918-364-0428
- Fill in the form electronically, then save or print when done
- A printed copy can be faxed as above, or you could scan a printed copy and attach the scan to an email sent to “webmaster@pet-adopt.org“
- A saved copy can be attached to an email sent to “webmaster@pet-adopt.org“
